It's 2023 now and I'm proud of that, I'm no longer the person I was in 2022.
As 2022 started, my last year of Graduation also started along with it. I had a Java subject in my last year and I landed on Kunal Kushwaha's youtube channel I found the best playlist to learn Java with DSA there. Then after watching some videos I started following Kunal Kushwaha. I came to know about open source, GitHub, LeetCode, Hackathons, Remote Jobs and so many other things. I liked his mindset. Then I also started doing LeetCode, GitHub, etc. I learned what is Git, GitHub, and OpenSource, how to use Git?, and How to contribute? Now I'm in the first year of MCA. In these two years, my goal is to get remote job offers and grow my knowledge and network with the help of OpenSource.
In 2022, I got my first offer letter from Capgemini company. But due to this recession, they postponed my onboarding. But now, my focus is on remote jobs and startups. I'm not gonna settle for less when I can get big. I'm learning so many things. I've been collaborating with nice people because of GitHub, and LinkedIn. and all this because of Kunal Kushwaha. And he has changed so many minds not just mine. Because of him, so many folks are being selected for companies outside India. He is a great teacher. I see his name on Twitter, LinkedIn, and hash node blogs, and everywhere, where someone talks about open source, Kunal Kushwaha comes there.
It's 2023 now, and some days ago I've created my first PR for the CNCF glossary. I know that this is not a big contribution but I'm learning. Started my blog on the hash node and looking for so many great things ahead in 2023. Thank you, Kunal Kushwaha.
